Traditional Cornish Pasties 

Frozen, part-baked traditional Cornish pasties with fresh vegetables and diced beef encased in pre-glazed hand crimped pastry cases. These ready to bake Cornish pasties are the iconic on-the-go hot snack solution.

Nortz and Crosses are an independent pasty maker’s based in St. Austell Cornwall. We are a handmade Cornish pasty manufacturer and are experts in filled savoury pastry products. Each medium pasty is ~300g. There are 10 pasties in each 3kg wholesale pack.

Common Ingredients (Vegetable Pasty):

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Potato, Vegetable Oil, Water, Swede, Onion, Glaze (Milk and Egg), Salt, Starch, Black Pepper.

Unique Ingredients:

Steak Pasty – Beef Skirt and Beef Mince

Pork Pasty – Pork Meat

Rump Pasty – Rump Steak and Beef Mince

Cheese & Onion – Mature Cheddar Cheese

Chicken – Chicken Breast Meat

Frozen, part-baked Traditional Steak Cornish pasties are made with fresh vegetables and diced beef skirt.

Marked with an “S” to symbolise the steak filling

Bake at 180 degrees from frozen, for approximately 45-50 minutes

Each medium pasty is ~300g. There are 10 pasties in each 3kg wholesale bulk pack.

Preparation Notes:

Oven: Arrange frozen products on a baking tray and place into a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees/Gas mark 4. Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
