Delivery Details

Estimated Delivery:
All orders to UK will be shipped using TeamC (APC), Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or FedEx Couriers. We will ship your item(s) using a 1 day service to ensure they get to you in perfect condition. Deliveries can only be made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Please note: We do not currently deliver at weekends.

Items ordered on particular days:
Orders on Monday, posted on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday.
Orders on Tuesday, posted on Thursday and delivered on Friday.
Orders on Wednesday or Thursday, posted on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

When you’re filling out your Delivery Address, please remember we need an address where someone will be there to receive the order – our carrier makes a charge for repeat delivery attempts if no-one is available and the goods could be spoiled if not accepted as they are frozen – or alternatively please give instructions where the delivery may be safely left, preferably under cover.

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer a 30 day returns policy
Returns Accepted:
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Due to the nature of food products we cannot accept returns of opened packages. Please contact us using the details below immediately if there is any issue with your delivery and we will be happy to assist you. When you’re filling out your Delivery Address, please remember we need an address where someone will be there to receive the order – our carrier makes a charge for repeat delivery attempts if no-one is available – or alternatively please give instructions where the delivery may be safely left, preferably under cover.
Please note: Frozen items CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

All orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us after Checkout has been completed.
Your order will be delivered within five working days. All orders are checked at the time they are placed, and you would be notified in the event that your delivery was going to take any longer. If you have a delivery deadline, please telephone Customer Services to discuss your requirements.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom except for the Scilly Isles. All orders are subject to a delivery charge according to the rates detailed on the Delivery page.
We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.
We make strenuous efforts to ensure our delivery schedules are adhered to, but in the event of any delivery delays for reasons beyond our control we do not accept financial responsibility for any costs or losses incurred.
The products we sell may contain allergenic ingredients (for example, gluten or lactose). Full allergen information and lists of ingredients can be provided by request.
Although we go to great lengths to ensure safe and sound packaging, the fragile nature of some of the products means that some transit damage may occasionally occur. We ask our customers to make allowance for this in order to have the benefit and convenience of on-line ordering. It’s a good idea to allow slightly over when calculating the quantities required.
In the event of serious or excessive damage, please contact us as we will require full details in order to make a claim against the carrier. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and the delivery charge.
In the event of dissatisfaction, we offer a no-quibble money-back guarantee on complete unopened cases provided we are notified within 5 days of receiving your delivery: simply give us a call if you are not satisfied. We may ask for the original goods to be returned, and our liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied.
We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without prior notification.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you through the on-line shop or through your registering for the Newsletter will only be used by us in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act and the recommendations of the Which? Web Trader Code Of Practice.
